Guest at this months meeting were NDØM, Don Carlson, Tony Wanschura, KMØO, and Rod Rosse, WØBCA.

New Business:

Nomination and election of officers for TCDXA for 2005 were held, and the new officers are: Bob Brunner, WØEK President, Jim Junkert, KØJUH Treasurer, Dennis Johnson, KFØQR Secretary. Many thanks to our outing going President Bill Dean, WØOR who has served for the last two years.

DUES ARE DUE! For those who haven't paid their 2005 membership dues, please remit $24 to the club Treasurer. We will be sending out snail mail reminders next month, but you can save the Club some postage if send ahead of time.

1^st Place raffle prize went to NØAT, Ron for the free dinner, and 2^nd place went to ACØX, Lou (cash). The raffle collected a total of $80 with $20 dollars going for the free dinner, $30 for the cash prize, and the remaining $30 of the raffle money going to the club treasury.

Voted into membership by the those present, was Rod Rosse, WØBCA.

Presentation: The presentation for this month was given by Jay Bellows, KØQB, on the pros and cons of TCDXA  getting 501c3 Tax Exempt status. After a good round of Q&A, the Club members voted to apply for Tax Exempt Status. Jay will assist in the necessary paperwork application.

The DXpedition/Contest crew that went to CP6 for the 2004 CQWW CW Contest presented their impressions of the contesting, country, and trial and tribulations of this type of operation. A presentation with slide show will be given at the January meeting.
