TCDXA MEETING MINUTES

New Business:

One new member application for KMØO Tony Wanschura, and sponsored by Bob Garwood WØBV was received and reviewed. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to add Tony to the TCDXA membership.

A letter of appreciation was received from the President of NCDXF, N6ANP for the Clubs $250 donation toward the Foundations DXpedition fund.

Also received was a certificate from the ARRL for our Clubs support of the 2006 Spectrum Defense Fund.

 The TCDXA received the amount of $510 in donations from the Ed Martinson WØGYH Memorial funds.

Current TCDXA bank account is $4,307.

Jim KØJUH opened discussions and presented the proposal for the new DX Donation Policy document for the Club. After open discussions, a motion was made, seconded, and approved to adopt the new Policy. As part of the new policy, nominations for a DXpedition Funding Manager were received, and Bob WØBV was nominated and elected to that position.

Motion was made, seconded, and approved to NOT support the request for funds for the XF4 dxpedition.

Motion was made, seconded, and approved to send $500 to fund the DXpedition  to 5A (Libya).

1^st Place raffle prize went to KØBUD, Mike for $26, and 2^nd place went to NØACH, Harold for $26. The remaining $30 of the raffle money going to the club treasury.
