TCDXA MEETING MINUTES

Guests in Attendance tonight were WSØS Bob Beiersdorf, NØZK Tom Sneed, and KMØO Tony Wanschura.

Health and Welfare: None

Old Business: KØQB, Jay will be continuing his work for the club for the tax exempt status that was voted on last month.

New Business:

Two new member applications were received, reviewed and approved by the members present. NDØM Don Carlson, and NN7L Jason Fallon were both added to the TCDXA Club roster. Congratulations and Welcome to our group. 

Bill, WØOR and the members of the CP6 group that went to Bolivia for the CQWW last fall will have a presentation for next months meeting.  

The floor was opened for opinions and discussions on the meeting place for this months meeting (the Sunshine Factory). Everyone agreed that the food and everything was satisfactory, and that we should continue with our meetings at this location. Available days of the week and weeks of the month that the Sunshine Factory is available for our group meeting were discussed. The 3rd Monday of the month was chosen, and approved by the members in attendance.

The Minnesota QSO Party will be held Feb 5th from 8:00am until 6:00pm. The membership voted and approved the motion to donate $75 for a plaque in the Clubs name for one of the QSO Party prizes.

1^st Place raffle prize went to KØJUH, Jim for the free dinner, and 2^nd place went to KØSQ, Chuck (cash). The raffle collected a total of $77 with $20 dollars going for the free dinner, $29 for the cash prize, and the remaining $28 of the raffle money going to the club treasury.
