CALL TO ORDER:

OLD BUSINESS:

None

NEW BUSINESS:

1) The club is seeking officers for 2010. The election ballot was e-mailed several weeks ago requesting members interested in holding office to sign up; several have stepped forward and are running for Vice President and Director. We still need candidates for President and Secretary-Treasurer.

2) Look for two TCDXA DXpeditions during the CQ WW CW Contest coming up Nov 28 – 29; YS4U (WØOR, NØAT, NØSTL, K3WT, DF7OGO) and 9M6/KMØO from East Malaysia.

3) Don’t forget the TCDXA Christmas meeting on December 21. Join us for the traditional complimentary beverage & appetizer and a look at DXing in 2010

4) Having just returned from Beijing, China, Mike, KØBUD, described the city and its people. He was impressed by their modern day living standards. Mike and his XYL made the trip to visit their son Danny, who is working as a DJ (English broadcast) for radio China.

PROGRAM:

Paul, WØAIH packed the meeting with his program on The Farm, his world class contest station at Eau Claire, WI. His amazing energy and love for DXing and Contesting was evident throughout his presentation. The members were treated to a bonus program when Paul filled us in on his recent trip to Kyrgyzstan where he operated as EX/WØAIH.
