TCDXA MEETING MINUTES

The meeting was called to order at 6:20 pm by the President, Mike, NØODK

Old Business 

 

Jay, KØQB, will check on the status of our 501 (c) 3 application with the IRS.   

                                               

New Business                        

 

Jeff Martin, KEØFJ, attended his first meeting and became a member. 

Welcome aboard Jeff.

                                               

Anyone interested in running for club office in 2009 can sign up on an e-mail ballot

that will be sent out this month. The new officers/directors will be announced at the

December meeting.   

                                               

The KP5 Desecheo Island DXpedition has been approved for funding.  A donation

proposal recommending $1000 will be e-mailed to the members for their approval.

The 9XØR program was a “no show” due to a compatibility issue with the European produced

DVD that would not play on the restaurant system.  Regional and/or country codes???
